Shipping & Returns Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed by 5PM BST will be shipped the following day. Any orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be shipped the next working day. You will receive an email to notify you when it has been shipped and please allow 2-4 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM?

Yes, we currently have shipping to certain European countries for £15. However, if you live in a country that is not listed on checkout then please get in touch to [email protected] and we can provide a bespoke shipping quote.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Postage and packaging is £3.95 in the UK. We also offer free postage and packaging for orders over £25.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return your order under the Izzy Living Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
Currently, we are unable to offer free returns, but we will provide you with a full refund minus the postage and packaging fee of £3.50.
If your order is faulty or incorrect then we will refund you the postage and packaging fee of £3.50 and the fee you incurred returning it.
Please email [email protected] and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to [email protected], there is chance we can cancel it in time!
