One of the oldest systems of healing is Ayurveda, the traditional medicine system in India.

Ayurveda teaches everyone has a constitution or dosha which can govern their physical and emotional wellbeing.

We therefore cannot take a one-size-fits all approach to health because your diet, lifestyle and mental practises should be tailored to your own dosha.

There are three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha:

  • Vata is ruled by ether and air, Pitta by fire and water and Kapha by water and earth.
  • This manifests in people physically and mentally with the archetypes of the doshas.
  • Vata represents the creatives, Pitta the leaders and Kapha the nurturers.

In this event, we will teach you how you can discover your dosha and how you can use power practises for each dosha to transform your life.

What you can expect:

  • 75 minutes video all about the three doshas in Ayurveda including: nutrition, herbal, yoga, work and lifestyle advice on each one that you can incorporate easily into your life and notice big changes
  • A copy of the slides shared in the video
  • An ebook with extra information on practises you can add into your life

About Us:

This workshop will be lead by Nikki Swan, a transformational life coach and Izzy Kirkby a naturopath and herbalist.

Both Nikki and Izzy changed their lives after discovering their dosha! Nikki was always fired up at work due to her pitta dosha which led to burn out and Izzy was challenged in her health by not supporting her vata dosha which led to digestive issues and fatigue.

Now we want to share with you, how to work in harmony with your dosha to get what you want out of life through health and mental wellbeing!
