Herbal Medicine for the Brain: Mood, Memory and Mental Health

Please join me to learn about supporting your health with herbs. We will explore different types of herbs from the spices in your kitchen cupboard to the powerful plants you can find outside your backdoor .

I will be sharing her knowledge of herbal medicine for these weekly sessions and share how you can become a home herbalist and start using healing herbs as medicines.

We be will covering a different topic each week such as making home remedies, herbal first aid and increasing immunity. This will be guided by what participants want to cover and we will evolve the sessions accordingly.

Rediscover what our foremothers knew about keeping healthy at home. These are powerful, effective but also safe, cheap, natural and simple ways to stay well in challenging times.

This week I will be talking about herbs that we can use to boost cognitive function and optimise our brain for improved mood, memory and mental health!
