I will be talking at the Om Yoga Show in the lecture area on 20th October about how to eat your way to mental wellbeing.
Mental health problems are rising in the UK but many are unaware of the missing link between the gut and the brain that could be playing a role in this.
I will be explaining the concept of gut-brain connection, and how to improve your mood and mental wellbeing through nutrition and practical naturopathic tips.
